As a Spiritual Companion, I bring a unique mix of knowledge, experience, and empathy. My Bachelor's in Psychology builds a strong understanding of human behavior, while my Minor in Special Education reflects my commitment to inclusivity and compassion for diverse needs.
With over six years of metaphysics study, I’ve deepened my spiritual understanding to support holistic growth and self-awareness. My approach blends philosophical and metaphysical insights to enrich spiritual direction.
Certified in Spiritual Direction/Companion work through Unity World Wide Spiritual Institute, I’ve developed tools like reflective listening, guided meditation, and contemplative practices. My practice is grounded in self-acceptance, non-judgment, and unconditional love.
I’ve co-facilitated group Spiritual Direction sessions at my previous Spiritual Center and look forward to continuing this meaningful work at my new one.
Currently, I’m in the second year of a program to become an Inter-Spiritual Minister. This education deepens my understanding of various religions, cultures, and traditions, enhancing my practice with compassion and integrity.
